Leanne is a Summer Scholar from Alfred University. She expects to gain her B.A. in Biology, with minors in Chemistry and Environmental Science, in 2013. Recently, Leanne was awarded an Argus Grant based on her research proposal for the study of “The Effect of Diet on Female Reproduction in the House Cricket, Acheta domesticus.” She was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa in 2012, and is a member of the Honors Program at Alfred University. When she is not studying or working at Herrick Library, Leanne enjoys cooking, hiking, and playing Intramural volleyball.
